If you receive a damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To request a replacement or refund, kindly share:
- Your order number
- Product images
- Clear issue description

Eligibility:
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Claim must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Delayed claims beyond 7 days

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
