Return & refund policy

Eligibility:

  •  If you are dissatisfied with the quality, encounter any packing issues, or receive an incorrect or incomplete product, please reach out to us to initiate a return.

  • When assessing product quality (smell, taste, or other tests), use only a small portion of the item for testing, ensuring the remaining quantity remains unused and is stored in its original bottle or packaging without any alterations.
